General terms and conditions

  1. The contract of accommodation with hotels, guest houses or private persons is concluded exclusively between the supplier and the tenant (Guest).
  2. ZV 2001 GmbH is only an agent for contracts of accommodation or similar contracts. We are not a tour operator according to ยงยง 651a ff BGB. Our liability only refers to the correct mediation and is restricted to culpable negligence and diligence.
  3. As far as ZV 2001 GmbH concludes contracts with third parties, such contracts are concluded only in the name and with mandate of the employer (tenant, guest).
  4. All changes of bookings or cancelations have to be drawn up in writing.
  5. In case of a withdrawal of an accommodation the tenant/guest has to pay a lump sum as cancellation fee to the owner/hotel. The fees are, except the general conditions of a hotel are different,

    until   31st day     before the date of arrival    60%   of the total rent,

    from the  30th day      before the date of arrival    90%   of the total rent,

    one day before arrival or now show 100% of the total rent
    if the accommodation could not be sublet.

    The guest is allowed to prove, if less damage has occurred.
  1. In case of a change in the booking or a cancellation
    a system fee of EUR 15,00 has to be paid to ZV 2001 GmbH for each object (in hotels or guest houses for each room).The handling fee for all services already booked remains untouched from the cancellation.
  2. The handling fee will be charged also on all services newly booked in case of extension of the stay, increasing the number of guests or in case the accommodation is changed.
  3. Deviating and subsidiary oral agreements have to be confirmed in writing by both parties.
  4. The tenant/guest has to pay the bank fee and other costs occurring in connection with bank transfers from abroad. Independently, where the costs are rising.
  5. Place of jurisdiction is Hannover. The applicable law is the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.
